Roseburg Police cited a man for prohibited camping late Monday night.

An RPD report said at 11:45 p.m. officers contacted the 43-year-old at his camp, which was located on the sidewalk near the intersection of Northwest Stewart Parkway and Northwest Renann Street. It was in violation of the time, place and manner ordinance.

The man was released after the citation was issued. Two other people were also cited for prohibited camping on Monday.
