Roseburg Police jailed a man after a reported disturbance on Saturday afternoon.

An RPD report said at 1:50 p.m. the 43-year-old allegedly walked up to a victim in the 700 block of Northwest Garden Valley Boulevard. and punched him twice in the face, unprovoked, as the victim was leaving a store. The victim held the suspect on the ground until police officers arrived.

The man was charged with harassment. He was detained on $2,500 bail.
