A report from Oregon State Police said just before 3:50 p.m. troopers responded to the accident on Highway 99 West near Junction City.

The preliminary investigation indicated that a northbound vehicle, operated by 33-year- old Kimberly Pratt, left the roadway on the west side of the highway for unknown reasons. The vehicle rolled onto its top and stopped off the roadway in a residential driveway.

Pratt was the sole occupant of the vehicle and was pronounced deceased at the scene. Pratt was not wearing a safety restraint at the time of the wreck.

OSP was assisted by several other agencies.
