Roseburg Police cited a man for alleged drug offenses early Thursday morning.

An RPD report said at 3:10 a.m. an officer contacted the 35-year old outside his vehicle in the 1300 block of Northeast Stephens Street. The officer observed what appeared to be methamphetamine in a baggie at the suspect’s feet. The officer also located what appeared to be a usable amount of fentanyl.

The man was cited for a unlawful possession of a violation amount of meth and a schedule two controlled substance. He was released after being cited.
