A driver was cited after a three-vehicle wreck early Monday night.

A Roseburg Police report said just before 5:40 p.m. a pickup was eastbound on West Harvard Avenue when the driver stopped for a red light at West Fair Street. A sedan driven by 35-year old Rex Bryant was also going eastbound and failed to stop, rear-ending a second sedan, which was pushed into the back end of the pickup.

During the investigation officers determined that Bryant was impaired and he was arrested for driving under the influence of an intoxicant. Bryant was also charged with recklessly endangering another, driving uninsured, following too closely and for failure to renew registration. He was released after being booked into corrections.
