Roseburg Police jailed a man following an alleged early morning incident on Monday.

An RPD report said at 4:40 a.m. the 40-year old was contacted in the 2100 block of Northwest Stewart Parkway after a caller said the man was screaming and chasing people in the parking lot of a business in the 2100 block of Northwest Stewart Parkway.

The man was charged with second-degree disorderly conduct and for a parole violation. He was detained without bail.
