A woman was cited by Roseburg Police following an alleged harassment incident on Wednesday.

An RPD report said at 3:15 p.m. the 18-year old was arrested for harassment and second-degree counts of disorderly conduct and criminal trespass from an incident where she allegedly hit a man in the 2700 block of Northwest Stewart Parkway. The suspect was released after being given the citation.
