A five-vehicle wreck took place on the off-ramp from Interstate 5 northbound to Garden Valley Boulevard, Wednesday afternoon at about 1:20 p.m.

An Oregon State Police report said the 75-year old male driver of a van took the off-ramp and struck the other vehicles. Two drivers were transported to CHI Mercy Medical Center with minor injuries. Two vehicles had to be towed from the scene.

The report did not indicate if any citations were issued or provide further information. Traffic on the off-ramp and in the intersection of Garden Valley Boulevard and Mulholland Drive were clogged up for a about fifteen minutes. The eastbound lanes of Garden Valley Boulevard were initially closed due to the wrecks.
