A 38-year-old Roseburg woman was lodged at the Douglas County Jail after allegedly stealing wine form a local store.
The RPD report said the suspect was observed steeling the wine from Walgreens on Northwest Garden Valley Boulevard shortly before 8:00 p.m.
RPD was called to investigate and made contact with Wells in the parking lot of a nearby fast food restaurant.
The woman was reportedly found to be in possession of the stolen bottle of wine.
Officers said the woman appeared to be intoxicated, which is a violation of her parole.
Her parole officer was contacted and wanted the suspect detained.
She was taken to Corrections and charged with 3rd-degree theft and parole violation.
