A Roseburg woman was jailed following the second disorderly conduct incident in 19 hours.

A Roseburg Police report said on Monday at 6:30 a.m. officers responded to a call that the suspect was disrupting a construction site at the Jerry Bruce Community Campus in the 100 block of Northeast Kenneth Ford Drive. The report said the woman’s vehicle was partially blocking the roadway, and she was screaming at construction workers and others passing by, and was also littering. She was arrested, taken to jail and then cited for second-degree disorderly conduct before being released.

At about 1:30 a.m. Tuesday officers were sent to the 2200 block of Northwest Kline after getting reports that the woman was screaming about murder and religion. Officers contacted the suspect who was allegedly yelling about “20,000 guillotines”. She refused to quiet down and was arrested for second-degree disorderly conduct.

Bail was set at $2,500.
