Two men were injured in a single vehicle wreck on Sunday.

A report from the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office said at about 4:15 p.m. the driver was headed north in the 22,000 block of South Umpqua Road near Tiller, when he left the east side of the roadway for an unknown reason. The report said the pickup punched a large tree, causing significant damage. The driver was flown to Rogue Regional Medical Center with serious injuries including a broken femur. The passenger was transported to CHI Mercy Medical Center, and was transferred to a Portland hospital, also with a broken femur.

Both men are age 21,
