COVID-19 has claimed 2 more lives, raising the state’s death toll to 2,530, as of Sunday.

An update from the Oregon Health Authority reported 610 new confirmed and presumptive cases of COVID-19, bringing the state total to 191,405. The new cases include:

*144 in Multnomah County

*81 in Washington County

*78 in Clackamas County

*76 in Marion County

*40 in Lane County

*35 in Deschutes County

*31 in Linn County

*22 in Klamath County

*16 in Jackson County

*13 each in Benton and Yamhill counties

*10 each in Columbia and Polk counties

*8 in Crook County

*6 each in Josephine and Malheur counties

*5 in Douglas County

*4 in Tillamook County

*3 in Jefferson County

*2 in Hood River County

*1 each in Curry, Harney, Lincoln, and Morrow counties

The new deaths ranged in age from 80 to 83. 1 each lived in Deschutes and Multnomah counties.

OHA said the total number of hospitalized COVID-19 patients across Oregon is 318, which is 11 fewer that on Saturday. There are 76 COVID-19 patients in intensive care unit beds, which is 8 fewer than on Saturday.

OHA reported that 37,726 new doses of COVID-19 vaccinations were added to the state immunization registry. Of that total, 13,606 doses were administered on Saturday. 24,120 were administered on previous days but were added into the vaccine registry on Saturday.
