A Roseburg man was cited for harassment by Roseburg Police on Saturday.

An RPD report said at 7:00 p.m. the 59-year old was contacted in the 3700 block of Hooker Road for allegedly throwing a rock at a family member on April 10th. He was taken into custody without incident, given the citation, and then released.
