A Roseburg woman was taken to the hospital after a roll over crash on Tuesday night.

A report from the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office said at about 8:00 p.m. units responded to the wreck on Roberts Creek Road near Glengary Loop Road. 20-year old Bethany Buckley said she had been headed northbound when she swerved to miss a deer. The sedan bounced off the guard rail on the east side of the road, and then crashed over the guard rail on the west side of the road. The vehicle rolled approximately fifty yards down a steep embankment and came to rest on its roof.

The driver reported that her head hurt and she had a scratch on her arm. Buckley was transported to Mercy Medical Center where she was treated and released.
