One driver had to be extricated following a two-vehicle crash on Monday in Roseburg.

A Roseburg Police report said just after 1:45 p.m. a pickup driver was heading south in the 400 block of Southeast Stephens Street when a second vehicle pulled out of a parking lot, without yielding. Both vehicles sustained heavy damage. The first driver was unable to get out of his vehicle on his own. The second driver was cited for failure to stop when entering a roadway.
