Roseburg Police jailed a man for unlawful use of a vehicle and for first-degree theft, early Tuesday.

An RPD report said the 28-year-old had been developed as a suspect for a previous stolen vehicle case. Officers located him in the parking lot of a recreation facility in the 1200 block of Northwest Stewart Parkway. The suspect admitted to stealing the vehicle from this case on April 27th and selling it to another person for $150 the same night.

He was detained without bail and was released later in the morning.
