SALVATION ARMY OFFERING COVID-19 ASSISTANCE

The Salvation Army in Roseburg has some new assistance programs for those impacted by COVID-19.

They include:

*One-time assistance for those who need funds to purchase gas. Those getting help need to have a current drivers license, registration and proof of insurance to receive the help.

*Assistance for those needing to use a laundromat.

*Help for those need to purchase a birthday gift for their child up to age 12. The child’s birthdate needs to be within two weeks of when the assistance is requested.

Residents who need help can come into the Salvation Army office on Northeast Stephens in Roseburg. Call 248-2585 for more information.
