Roseburg Police cited thirteen people for prohibited camping on Monday.

An RPD report said eleven contacts were made, all in either the 200 block of Southeast Pine Street, or the 800 block of Northwest Highland Street. Those contacted were all allegedly in violation of at least one part of the time, place, and manner city ordinance. That included camps that were set up at the wrong time, were too large, or were too close to the South Umpqua River.

Everyone was released after their citations were issued.
