A Roseburg man was cited by Roseburg Police for DUII on Monday.

An RPD report said just after 5:50 p.m. officers responded to the 1400 block of Northwest Mulholland Drive after a caller said there was a disturbance between two drivers.

Officers arrived on scene and contacted the 34-year-old who showed obvious signs of impairment. Officers found numerous empty beer containers in the driver’s seat. The man refused to do any field sobriety tests. He was taken into custody without incident. The man was transported to corrections, where he was cited and released for driving under the influence of intoxicants.
