A Roseburg woman was jailed on second degree counts of disorderly conduct and criminal trespass by Roseburg Police early Wednesday.
Information from RPD said at about 12:20 a.m. the 20-year old was called in for being disorderly at Micelli Park and for acting in an alarming manner. The report said officers found the woman topless and uncooperative. She eventually wandered to the Holiday Inn where she was trespassed in the lobby. The report said she eventually had to be physically restrained from walking into traffic on West Harvard.
She was initially detained on $3,750 bail.
