A Roseburg man was cited for prohibited camping by Roseburg Police on Friday.
Just before 6:00 a.m. a 31-year old man was reportedly found sleeping in a tent that was set up near Deer Creek Park in the 100 block of Southeast Pine. He was released after being cited.
