Two people were cited for prohibited camping at the Fir Grove soccer fields along West Harvard early Thursday.
A report from Roseburg Police said at 12:25 a.m. a 58-year old man and a 32-year old woman were allegedly found sleeping under the pavilion. Both were also cited for a violation of park rules.
They were released after the citation was issued.
