A 50-year old man was arrested for trespass and drug charges by Myrtle Creek Police on Sunday.
A report from MCPD said at about 1:30 p.m. Benjamin Knepper was seen walking on the railroad tracks near Western Avenue. The report said the man would not provide his name or date of birth and said he was doing nothing wrong. He was taken into custody for trespassing and was then allegedly found to be in possession of nearly 2.5 grams of methamphetamine.
