Roseburg Police cited a man following a littering incident on Wednesday.

An RPD report said at 11:00 a.m. the 44-year old suspect with upset with a woman for calling him in for several different ordinance issues. Immediately after an officer warned the suspect and asked him to move along, the man allegedly poured a large bottle of urine onto the victim’s vehicle.

The man was cited for offensive littering and for third-degree criminal mischief.

The incident took place in the 500 block of Southeast Jackson.
