A two-vehicle wreck Thursday night was blamed on a bee, though the driver of one vehicle was cited.

A Roseburg Police report said just before 7:00 p.m. a 45-year old was driving south in 1000 block of Southeast Mill Street when he said a bee started flying around inside his vehicle. The man became preoccupied with the bee and side-swiped a second vehicle which was parked along side the street.

The driver of the vehicle hit called police after the first driver said he was not insured. Charges included having no operators license and driving uninsured. The first vehicle had to be towed from the scene.
