Roseburg Police jailed a man for an alleged disturbance on Wednesday.

An RPD report said at 4:30 p.m. Thomas Conklin allegedly went on a rampage at a home in the 1600 block of Northeast Morris which included tumultuous behaviors, and lighting off two large fireworks in a covered alcove. The 29-year old was cited for three counts of recklessly endangering another person.

Morris was held on $18,750 bail.
