Roseburg Police cited a man for being a felon in possession of a restricted weapon, on Sunday.

An RPD report said just after 12:30 a.m. an officer stopped a suspect for a missing headlight, in the 3400 block of Northwest Stewart Parkway. When the officer contacted the man, he noticed that the suspect had a pair of brass knuckles in his lap. Dispatch advised that the man is a convicted felon.

The suspect was released after the citation was issued.
