Roseburg Police cited a man after an alleged incident with his neighbors on Sunday.

An RPD report said at 11:00 p.m. the 26-year old allegedly spit on his neighbor’s house in the 2000 block of Northeast Fremont. The suspect also reportedly threw rocks and an artichoke on the neighbor’s roof.

The report said the neighbors believed the suspect blames them for his girlfriend leaving him.
