A Myrtle Creek woman was jailed for a reported burglary, by the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office on Friday.
A DCSO report said that night just before 9:00 p.m. 27-year old Robi Cockrum was contacted by Myrtle Creek Police during a traffic stop. The woman was a person of interest in a burglary that allegedly occurred in January. The report said the woman was interviewed at the scene and admitted to committing the burglary and taking the victim’s property.
Cockrum was charged with first-degree burglary, third degree theft and for a parole violation. She was released on Saturday.
