A bicyclist was cited following a crash with a sedan on Monday afternoon.

A Roseburg Police report said just before 5:40 p.m. officers responded to the accident at the intersection of West Harvard Avenue and West Umpqua Street. The investigation found that the cyclist, a 54-year-old woman, was riding eastbound on the sidewalk when she ran the red crosswalk signal just after the motorist was turning right onto Harvard. The car and the bicycle collided, causing the rider to fall to the ground. She was not injured and was cited for failure to obey a pedestrian control device.
