Roseburg Police added a charge to a man already in jail on Monday afternoon.

An RPD report said at 1:40 p.m. officers learned there was a warrant for the 29-year-old, who was in the Douglas County Jail on Southeast Douglas Avenue. The charge was added and the man remained in custody, detained without bail.
