Roseburg Police cited a man early Tuesday, who already had seven past prohibited camping convictions.

An RPD report said at 4:40 a.m. officers contacted the 64-year-old because his camp was set up too close to the bike path in Deer Creek Park in the 200 block of Southeast Pine Street. The camp was surrounded by trash. The man was cited and released for a criminal count of prohibited camping and offensive littering.
