Roseburg Police cited a man for littering and a criminal count of prohibited camping on Tuesday morning.

An RPD report said at 5:10 a.m. the 60-year-old was contacted because he was camping within 10 feet of the bicycle path in Deer Creek Park in the 200 block of Southeast Pine Street, and had trash spread around his campsite. The man had five prior camping convictions. He was released after the citations were issued.
