Roseburg Police cited a woman on DUII Charges on Monday evening.

An RPD report said shortly after 8:30 p.m. officers witnessed an SUV turn out of the Garden Valley Shopping Center in the 700 block of Northwest Garden Valley Boulevard, go across the westbound lanes and into the eastbound lanes. The SUV continued driving westbound in the furthest eastbound lane before officers initiated the traffic stop.

Officers contacted the driver, a 65-year-old, who showed signs of intoxication and admitted to drinking. She consented to standard field sobriety tests and reportedly performed poorly. The woman was taken into custody and transported to corrections. She was released after being cited for driving under the influence of intoxicants, careless driving and failure to drive right on a divided highway. A towing company impounded her vehicle.
