Con-Vey has been named a Top Workplace 2026 by The Oregonian, recognizing the company based entirely on feedback from its employees. The recognition comes after Con-Vey was also named a Top Workplace for Engineering earlier this year.

A release from Con-Vey said this is the second time Con-Vey has earned overall Top Workplace recognition, following the company’s first recognition in 2023.

President of Con-Vey Jeremy Goebel said, “Employee feedback is what makes this recognition meaningful.” Goebel said, “We work hard to create a place where people can take ownership, keep learning, build strong relationships, and do work they’re proud of. To have our employees recognize Con-Vey in this way is something we’re genuinely proud of.”

The Top Workplaces recognition is based on a confidential, third-party employee engagement survey administered by Energage. The survey measures key aspects of the employee experience, including whether employees feel respected and supported, enabled to grow, and empowered to execute.
