Roseburg Police jailed a man for a probation violation on Sunday evening.

An RPD report said just after 10:30 p.m. the 40-year-old was contacted because she on the current parole and probation wanted list, indicating the parole officer has submitted a warrant for his arrest for failing to report. A detainer was authorized and the man was taken into custody. He was detained without bail.
