ROSEBURG POLICE JAIL MAN FOR TRESPASS, CITE FOR DRINKING IN PUBLIC

Roseburg Police jailed a man for trespass and drinking in public on Tuesday afternoon.

An RPD report said at 3;00 p.m. officers contacted the 34-year-old in the 1600 block of Northeast Stephens Street, where he had been previously trespassed from. Officers observed that the man had two cans of beer, one of which was opened. The suspect was charged with second-degree criminal trespass. He was detained on $1,250 bail. The man was cited for drinking in public.
