Roseburg Police added charges Tuesday to a woman who was already in jail.

An RPD report said on August 20th the 31-year-old signed a no contact order prohibiting any contact with another female after a disturbance. Since then, the woman had allegedly used another inmate’s communication accounts to contact the other woman 21 times by phone and once by video chat while lodged at corrections The content of the calls additionally added 12 tampering with a witness charges to the existing case.

The woman remains in jail with bail set at $2,500.
