Roseburg Police charged a man with third-degree sex abuse on Monday evening.

An RPD report said officers received information regarding sexual contact between the 20-year-old and a juvenile female. Officers determined there was probable cause to arrest the suspect. He was taken into custody at 9:45 p.m. in the 500 block of West Madrone Street. The suspect was also charged with harassment-sexual offense. The man was detained without bail.
