Sutherlin Police jailed a woman Tuesday for a prior reported criminal mischief and trespass incident.

An SPD report said on October 14th at 9:55 a.m. the 42-year-old was allegedly seen spraying water for over an hour behind a business in the 100 block of West First Avenue. This caused a mess inside the office that had to be cleaned up by the owner. On Tuesday, an officer located the suspect and placed her under arrest. She was charged with third-degree criminal mischief and second-degree disorderly conduct. Bail was set at $2,500.
