Roseburg Police jailed a man for offensive littering on Monday.

An RPD report said just after 9:20 a.m. officers responded to the 2330 block of Northwest Aviation Drive after multiple people said the man was standing outside his vehicle and throwing trash in the roadway.

Officers contacted the 34-year-old who was found standing outside his vehicle, surrounded by an approximately 30-foot radius of trash. He was taken into custody without incident. Bail was set at $1,250.
