Roseburg Police jailed a man for a contempt of court warrant on Sunday afternoon.

An RPD report said at 12:30 p.m. officers contacted the 31-yaer-old during a traffic stop near the intersection of Southeast Mill Street and Southeast Rice Avenue. The man was a passenger in the vehicle, and the officer was aware that he had a warrant issued out of Douglas County Circuit Court. The man was detained without bail.
