Roseburg Police jailed two people following a reported trespass incident on Wednesday.

An RPD report said at 11:50 a.m. officers contacted the 57-year-old man and 40-year-old woman at Eagles Park in the 700 block of Southeast Jackson Street downtown.  Both had open alcohol containers.

The woman was charged with second-degree criminal trespass and was detained on $1,000 bail. She was cited for drinking in public and was released later in the day. The man was also charged with second-degree criminal trespass and for a warrant. Bail was set at $2,500.
