The Roseburg Regional Airport is the site for the Northwest’s largest control-line model aviation competition over Memorial Day weekend, Friday through Sunday.
A release from the Northwest Regionals Management Association said expert model aviators from all over the western United States and Canada will complete at the 53rd Northwest Control-Line Regionals. They’ll fly in events such as aerobatics, combat dogfighting, racing, speed, Navy carrier and scale modeling. The event is free and open to spectators.
