Roseburg Police cited a man for prohibited camping on Monday.

An RPD report said at 2:20 p.m. the 53-year-old was contacted at his tent, which was set up in Gaddis Park, in the 800 block of Northwest Highland Street. His camp was allegedly set up in a prohibited area, during a prohibited time and was set up in a prohibited manner. The man was also reportedly in possession of multiple shopping carts.

He was released after being cited and was issued a formal warning for theft of shopping carts.
