A Winston man was cited for second-degree theft by Roseburg Police on Tuesday.

An RPD report said the 36-year-old year old was identified as the suspect who stole a package off a porch in the 1300 block of Northwest Domenico Drive on July 9th. The package contained cookware valued at over $100. The man admitted to the theft.

He was released after the citation was issued just after 12:30 p.m.
