Roseburg Police jailed a man for alleged criminal mischief on Sunday.

An RPD report said at 8:30 p.m. officers contacted the 70-year-old in the 1400 block of Northwest Stewart Parkway after he was captured on video throwing a rock through the front windshield of a vehicle while it was parked at a business.

The man was then captured on video throwing a rock into the window of a nearby business as well. The man refused to speak to officers and was transported to jail.

He was charged with two counts of second-degree criminal mischief. He was detained on $12,500 bail.
