It’s the golden 50th anniversary for the Umpqua Community College Foundation and tickets are now on sale for the 7th annual Legacy Ball.

The theme will be “Celebrating 50 Years of Giving”. Organizers said the annual fundraising event enables the foundation to continue to provide affordable education and to help maintain excellence in teaching and student support.

The Legacy Ball will be held on Friday November 10th beginning at 5:30 p.m. at Seven Feathers Casino Convention Center in Canyonville. The evening includes a cocktail hour, dinner, an auction, and dancing with live music from the Design Band.
