Roseburg Police jailed a man for alleged prior disorderly conduct early Monday morning.

An RPD report said at 1:00 a.m. officers contacted the 28-year-old near the intersection of Southeast Oak Avenue and Southeast Pine Street regarding an incident that had occurred on Sunday. The report said the man had caused a disturbance outside of McDonalds on Northeast Garden Valley Boulevard and had allegedly thrown a smoothie at the window of the business, causing an inconvenience to the employees.

The man was charged with third-degree criminal mischief and second-degree disorderly conduct. Bail was set at $3,000.
