Roseburg Police arrested a man for harassment following a physical fight on Thursday.

An RPD report said the incident was called in just after 1:15 p.m. and allegedly took place in front of a business in the 1400 block of Northeast Stephens Street. An investigation revealed the 70-year old suspect reportedly pushed the victim off his bicycle and a fight ensued.

The man was released after the arrest.
